It helps if you tell us your phone model, its iOS or Android version, the app version and what kind of car park you were in.
Common fixes
It didn't get a location when I saved
Check that the app is allowed to use your location, with precise location on. Underground there may be no fix at all. Save with a photo and the level instead, and add the location later if you like.
It says the compass is poor
Steel, concrete and nearby cars throw phone compasses off. Move away from pillars and hold the phone flat for a moment. If it still says poor, follow the level, the bay and your photos. The app hides the arrow on purpose when it can't trust it.
The ticket reminder came late, or not at all
Check that notifications are on for the app. On Android, some phones stop apps running in the background to save battery. Set Where's my cAR? to unrestricted battery use, and allow alarms and reminders if the app asks, so the reminder arrives on time.
Automatic saving on Android doesn't work
It needs location access set to "Allow all the time", Bluetooth permission and the car paired in the app. Battery savers on some phones block it. Setting the app to unrestricted battery use usually fixes that.
A share link opens in the browser instead of the app
Make sure you have the latest version of the app. On iPhone, if you once chose to open these links in Safari, use the Open banner at the top of the page to switch back.
